Convenient location in the heart of everything! My room had air conditioning, a kettle, and WiFi, and it was spotless. 🌟

The room is cozy, beautiful, and has a mini bar fridge, a sitting area, and a writing table, making it a comfortable stay.

Beautiful amazingly comfortable rooms with absolutely superb views of the ocean, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a mini fridge bar. Stunning, fab location short walk to taxi or airport bus as well as a restaurant. Also, right next to the waterfront.

an ethnography museum was steps away from the hotel, really enjoyed its location right on the waterfront. the restaurant was located within 700 feet.

The breakfast time in the restaurant here was fantastic and the staff were wonderful; the location by the waterfront is beautiful.

The room at Olivia Luxury Rooms was lovely and fantastic, making us feel right at home. It had a superb view of the ocean, and the location was great and fantastic, just a short walk away from Old Split.

Great location on Riva boardwalk with restaurants and shops. Single room has narrow space, but well-designed for solo traveler. Air conditioning, wifi, fridge, and hot water kettle provided. No waterfront view, but offers a view of Old Town. Host provides assistance with luggage.

My partner and I stayed at Olivia for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect, with stunning views from our window overlooking the Riva. The host, Petra, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even carried our bags up to the top floor! The central location allowed us to easily explore the main area of Split, and the restaurant downstairs provided excellent breakfast options. Though parking was a bit of an issue, we were able to find a secure underground garage nearby.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this room was amazing, right on the waterfront boardwalk lined with plenty of restaurants, cafes, & shops. Plus, the room had excellent wifi and air conditioning, which made my stay comfortable.

There were a couple of downsides. there was no elevator in the building, so be prepared to climb up and down the stairs during your stay.

The room was lovely, with a beautiful view of the Old Town. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and a short walk to all the main attractions. Petra, the host, was amazing and made me feel very welcome. She even helped me with my bags and gave great recommendations for food and taxis.

The location of Olivia Luxury Rooms was amazing. Situated right on the waterfront, it was only a 20-second walk to the old town. There were plenty of restaurants around and it was conveniently located near the ferry port for island transfers and the airport shuttle. The room itself was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the effort made by the manager to organize breakfast for me nearby.

The location of the hotel was great, with excellent views from the windows. Being close to the waterfront and the old town made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful harbor. the breakfast at the nearby cafe was very nice, providing a good start to the day.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience. there was no elevator in the hotel, which meant having to climb eight flights of stairs to reach the rooms.

This hotel is perfectly situated on the promenade, right on the waterfront, in the center of the Old Town. The rooms are elegantly designed, with comfortable beds and beautiful views over the promenade and harbor. The rooms also have air conditioning, excellent wifi, and a small fridge. Additionally, the location provides easy access to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

The hotel does not have an elevator, so guests must be prepared to climb several flights of stairs to reach their rooms.
